これまで、3回にわたり面接官の悪口⁈を書きました。予備校などの指導では、「強み・弱みを明確に」、「企業や自治体を研究して理解を深め」、「正しいマナーで面接に臨む」などと教えているようです。自分をどう見せるかということばかり。
面接官がすごい人たちでこっちのことを鋭い観察眼でお見通しだということならそれでもいいでしょう。
私は面接官を25年間してきましたが、実は受験生の経験も豊富です。官民合わせて30社近く受けました。当時はオイルショック（若い人は知らない⁈）でまさに最近の就職氷河期並でしたね。苦戦しました。
面接もたくさん受けました。（たくさん過ぎて面接で会社の名前を間違えたことも）そうやって得た教訓は、「面接官も人間で、いろんな人がいる」という当たり前のこと。
しつこく繰り返しますが、あなたと同じ人間（歳は食ってますが）が偉そうな立場で面接をしているんです。
「自分の強み・弱みを知らない」、「自分の組織のことを理解してない」、「マナーがなってない」人たちが面接官の中にもいます。
自分のことを良く見せる努力も必要ですが、面接官はどんな人たちだろうかと想像することもやってみてください。
面接を受けようとしている新卒の人が、私に「面接はありのままの自分を評価してもらうのだから、自分がいいと思った髪型と服装ではだめですか？」と聞かれたことがあります。しかも何人も。
仰っていることは間違っているとは思いませんが、多分採用されない⁈
面接を受ける目的は採用してもらうため、その合否を決めるのは２世代も３世代も古い人たち。では、その人たちがいいと思う髪型と服装は？と考えてみてと答えておきました。
終活を戦いと見立てれば、孫子の名言に「敵を知り己を知れば百戦殆からず」とあります。（古過ぎる⁈）
また、面接をデートと見立てれば、相手のことを知ろうとしない自分語りだけの人がモテますか？
繰り返しますが面接官は面接のプロではありません！日頃はその職場で働いている人たちです。あなたを素晴らしいと思わせるのではなく、あなたとなら一緒に仕事ができそうだと思わせることが大事
